コーヒーも自分でミルして、自分でカフェプレスで淹れてください。（コーヒーが苦手な方は、紅茶や小樽ビールなどもあります。持ち込みもOKです。）
]]>このBookcrossing cafeを持続するために、ちょっと募金をいただければ・・・ オープンは・・・10時頃から21時頃まで。（ただし、不定期でcloseしています） また、もりのきには、マンガなどの本も沢山あります。でも、「旅する本」ではない本もあります。それは連れてかいでね。「旅する本」にはステッカーが貼ってあります。 Bookcrossing cafeとunisk cafe たまりbarは、同じです。

仕事内容は、そのときどきで違います。
主な仕事は、庭仕事、家庭菜園作り、大工仕事、大掃除およびベッドメイキングなど。
宿の仕事がない時は、「小樽探索」。いろいろ指令を出しますので、調査？をお願いします。（MAP作りをします）

料金は、材料費のみです。（参加人数にもよりますが、500円ぐらいで２，３人前はご試食できます。）
蕎麦打ち体験は、500ｇの蕎麦を打ちます。お持ち帰りもできます。 （こちらも参加費は500円ぐらい）
