Passengers for this direct bus are required to come in front of information counter at International Terminal 2F Arrival Gate 20 minutes before the departure.

• 12月から3月末まで、舞鶴〜小樽間のフェリーで夜（9時頃）小樽に到着の旅人に限り、フェリーターミナルへ車でお迎えにあがります。（無料ピックアップ。ただし要予約）
• 予約がない場合は、迎えに行けないこともあります。
• 一度に乗れるのは荷物の関係もありますが、4名まで。
• 予約時にコメントにその旨をお書き下さい。

  • 急行「はまなす」のカーペットカーはご利用になれません。ご利用の場合は、別途料金が必要となります。
  • 本州方面まで（から）またがってご乗車になる場合、乗車券部分は中小国まで（から）有効、料金部分はJR北海道内の最後に停車する駅まで（最初に停車する駅から）有効です。本州直通の寝台車をご利用になる場合は、中小国から（まで）の乗車券と乗車区間の全区間の料金が必要となります。
  • 利用開始日の前日からまたがる列車に乗車し、その列車に乗車中に利用を開始する場合は、0時を過ぎて最初に停車する駅から有効です。
  • 北海道側から行く場合、中小国駅に停車する列車はありません。
  • 竜飛海底駅を見学する際は「竜飛海底駅見学整理券」が必要です。
  • 指定券は、指定列車出発前であれば変更できます。
  • ジェイ・アール北海道バスはご利用になれません。
  • 電話・インターネットでのご予約は承っておりませんので、直接窓口でお買い求めください。
  • 使用開始後は、列車の遅延・運行不能等でも払い戻しはいたしません。
